Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty. If complete cancellation takes place within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival, a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room revenue will be charged to the guest.

Renovation Updates to Renaissance, Washington DC Downtown Hotel

Arrival and Front Desk
The hotel’s valet has been relocated to the K St. entrance of the hotel. This will be your main arrival point to the hotel.

Guest Rooms
Guest room renovations are currently being conducted on the lower guest room floors and will have medium to loud noise impact during construction hours. All ABC attendees will be checked into newly renovated rooms.

Water Shutdowns
A minimal amount of guest rooms may experience periodic water outages. Water outages are scheduled from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. However, typically water is turned back on between the hours of 12 and 2 p.m.

Fitness Center
The fitness center is currently closed for renovation; however, the hotel has partnered with Equinox for full usage of their gym services. Equinox is located next door to the hotel, accessible via Anthem Row, through the lobby exit/entrance. Guests will need to stop by the front desk to sign out a key with their personal photo ID, and will need to ensure the key is returned timely in order to avoid a missing key fee.

Outside Facade
There will be pedestrian walkways outside on the 9th St. entrance to the hotel. On any given day, a minimal amount of guest rooms will be impacted and will receive a letter under their door the night before. There are at times loud noise directly outside the room where crews are working.
